Working out of a studio crowded with the tools of decades, Ratneswar Sutradhar returns again and again to water — the still surfaces of the haor and the lilies that float upon them.
The thought behind those lilies, he says, was drawn up from the depth of the haor itself, from a landscape he has watched change season after season.
